TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) - It is a warmer morning across Tampa Bay with temperatures mainly in the 50s.
"Humidity will gradually build through the day, so we'll see a few more clouds and just a 10% chance of a shower," said Storm Team 8 Meteorologist Leigh Spann.
Temperatures climb into the mid 70s this afternoon. It stays even warmer overnight with lows in the mid 60s.
A cold front will drive a line of showers and storms across Florida late Friday. Some of those storms could be strong or severe with damaging wind gusts. Stay tuned to News Channel 8 for any updates. Temperatures will cool down slightly for the weekend and early next week.
