TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – Drier air in the upper levels of the atmosphere arrives in the Tampa Bay area today.

With more sunshine around, temperatures climb quickly into the low 90s this afternoon. It stays mild and muggy overnight with lows in the upper 70s. Some fog may develop by Friday morning.
Rain chances drop to just 10% for Friday and Saturday. Highs stay in the low 90s through the weekend.
Friday is the official start of summer, even though it has felt like it for weeks now.
