TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – Today was sunny & cool, getting a little more comfortable during the afternoon as our temperatures hit the upper 60s and low 70s. We will turn cool quickly this evening, with clear skies and calm winds our temperatures will plunge into the mid to upper 40s.
We warm up quickly on Valentine’s Day with highs in the mid to upper 70s. It should feel lovely in the evening for any special dinner plans.

The warming trend gets us back into the 80s Wednesday and Thursday. You may start to feel higher humidity on Thursday ahead of the next cold front.
We may be fog prone by Thursday and Friday morning thanks to this quiet weather pattern.
At this point, the front should pass through on Friday with a 60% rain chance, and we return to seasonably cool weather this weekend. Highs will drop back into the 70s.
