TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – Today was HOT and mostly dry, with only a few isolated, mainly inland showers firing up. The evening will be warm and muggy, slowly sinking into the low 80s overnight under partly cloudy skies.
Tomorrow looks similar, with only a 20% rain chance for areas east of I-75, and it will be hot & humid with highs in the mid 90s. The “feels like” temperatures will be closer to the low triple digits.
Wednesday looks hot and mostly dry again, with only a 20% chance for a few showers to pop up. We’ll wake up around 80° and warm into the mid 90s.
We have 30% rain chances Thursday and Friday, and the storms will push toward the coast again by the evening. This pattern allows temperatures to be even hotter. We’ll make it into the low to mid 90s each afternoon.
Saturday looks similar, with hot temperatures hitting the mid 90s and a later round of storms firing up and sliding towards our coastline around sunset.
Sunday will be the wetter day of the weekend, with 50% chances for showers & storms.
