TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – The 2018 college football season is still more than a month away, but the USF football program is already on record pace.
The university announced Thursday afternoon that season ticket sales for 2018 have already surpassed the total from 2017.
A total of 15,698 season tickets for 2018 have been sold, with more to come during the next four weeks. That total, according to USF, includes more than 2,500 new purchases.
The Bulls kick off the season on Sept. 6 against Elon and Raymond James Stadium has been a tough place for opponents.
The Bulls boast a 16-3 home record over the last three seasons while averaging more than 41 points per game.
