The IndyCar season kicks off this weekend in St. Petersburg for the 15th running of the Firestone Grand Prix on Sunday.
The course is 1.8 miles and involves 14 turns for drivers to navigate through the downtown area going as fast as 170 mph.
On Friday and Saturday prior to the big race, qualifying races will take place.
Sunday’s race begins at 1:30 p.m.
