Bucs first practice after Titans game has mixed results

TAMPA, Fla (WFLA) Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Dirk Koetter called his team’s practice “choppy” on Monday, two days after the Bucs 30-14 preseason win over the Tennessee Titans. Koetter also showed some understanding, given the past several days at training camp. The Bucs flew to Nashville, TN after last Tuesday’s practice, performed in two days of joint practices with the Titans, played a game Saturday night, then flew home arriving in Tampa very early Sunday morning.

PewterReport.com’s Scott Carter and Mark Cook discussed Monday’s news at One Buc Place, noting that defensive tackle Beau Allen had to leave the workout early due to a possible injury.

The Bucs have two more practices before training camp comes to close. On Friday, the Bucs play the Detroit Lions at Raymond James Stadium. The Bucs preseason returns to News Channel 8, Your Official Bucs Station, on Thursday, August 30th for the preseason finale.
