Good customer service goes a long way, and according to a new survey, Chick-fil-A is where you’ll be getting the best of the best.
That’s right — Chick-fil-A has been rated best fast-food customer service in America, according to an America’s Best Customer Service 2019 report.
Chick-fil-A beat Sonic Drive-In, which came in second, and Arby’s which placed third.
Analysts at Newsweek and Statista surveyed 20,000 U.S. customers and each rated several brands in categories such as quality communication, technical competence, a range of services, customer focus, and accessibility.
