ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) — A large van overturned on an I-275 off-ramp in St. Petersburg on Wednesday.

Traffic camera footage showed the vehicle perched on its side on a guardrail at the 31st Street off-ramp. It was turned upright at around 3 p.m., but the ramp is still blocked.
