Howard Frankland Bridge reopens after crash


TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – A crash was affecting traffic on the northbound lanes of the Howard Frankland Bridge this afternoon.

The single-car crash happened on the Tampa side around noon. There is no word on injuries.

All the southbound lanes were blocked for about an hour. They have since reopened.
