LAKELAND, Fla. (WFLA) – Lakeland police are asking for help identifying the thieves who broke into a gun store and stole 40 firearms, including 10 semi-automatic rifles.

Investigators say the suspects broke out a window and burglar bars at Titan Arms, located at 5711 S. Florida Ave. around 2:55 a.m. on Sunday. The burglars quickly removed 30 handguns and 10 semi-automatic rifles and then took off.

Witnesses told police three black males were in a vehicle and got out to steal the guns while a driver waited.

Surveillance cameras at nearby businesses recorded the vehicle, a 2009 to 2014 gray Ford F-150, extended cab pickup that had chrome wheels, bumpers and a horizontal slat-style grill with a black Tonneau bed cover.
