ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) – A teen who has been arrested more than 25 times was arrested again Thursday morning, this time for stealing a car with a baby inside earlier this week in St. Petersburg.

Officers from the Violent Crimes Task Force spotted the stolen rented Toyota Corolla just before 2 a.m. on Thursday. But when they tried to stop him, he drove off at a high rate of speed.
Officers were later able to deploy stop sticks and Webb ultimately stopped the vehicle in the 2200 block of 15th Avenue South and surrendered.
Webb was wanted for stealing a car that had a inside. The car was stolen Monday from the Gateway on 4th Apartments. Webb told police that when he realized the baby was in the car, he dropped the baby off in the parking lot.
