St. Petersburg man wins $2M from scratch-off ticket

TAMPA (WFLA) — The Florida Lottery announced that a 45-year-old St. Petersburg man won $2 million from playing a $10 scratch-off game.

Lee Phandara played the MONOPOLY™ JACKPOT Scratch-Off game she bought for $10 at the Keystone Citgo in Clearwater

Phandara chose to take a lump-sum payment of $1.4 million. The gas station will receive a $4,000 bonus commission for selling the winning ticket.
