TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Police are investigating a shooting that left a person injured in Clearwater.

The shooting happened in the 900 block of Beckett Street.

Police said a person was shot in the leg and was taken to a local hospital to be treated for their injuries, which are said to be non-life-threatening.

It’s unclear if the shooter is in custody.
