Ducks shot with crossbow-style darts in Pinellas Park, police searching for information

PINELLAS PARK, Fla. (WFLA) – Pinellas Park police are searching for whoever is hurting ducks within the city.

According to police, a few ducks have been found in the area of 66th Street and 121st Avenue with crossbow-style darts in them.

The City of Pinellas Park is listed as a bird sanctuary.

If you have any information regarding these cases of animal cruelty, call 727-369-7864 and asked to speak to Officer Skinner.

If you find this crime occurring in your presence or if you find an injured duck or other animal, call for any officer to respond.
