A number of residents were displaced after a 2-alarm fire ripped through an apartment building in St. Petersburg on Saturday, officials said.
The St. Petersburg Fire Rescue responded to the blaze at 2144 56th Avenue South at about 12:50 a.m.
Fire officials said four apartments were damaged in the fire. No injuries were reported.
The Red Cross is assisting four adults and eight children that were displaced because of the fire.
