TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Eerie green sludge covered streets of New York City near the World Trade Center on Friday.
A video posted by Dan Pantelo on Twitter shows the green, slimy goo bubbling up from the ground.
“Can anybody explain this or are we just living in full blown Gotham rn,” he wrote.
The City of New York has not yet commented on the substance.
