MIAMI, FL (WFLA) – Fire crew in Miami saved a small puppy when it fell into a storm drain late at night, according to Miami Fire Rescue. Firefighters captured the rescue on video.
A couple driving down a street heard the puppy crying in the drain. They pulled over and saw the poor animal in the opening. They called MFR.
The firefighters were able to lower a ladder into the drain and save the wet pup. Neighbors cheered on the rescue. One of them volunteered to give the pup some food and a warm bath.
It is unclear how the puppy ended up in the drain, how long it was there and where it came from, firefighters said.MORE FROM WFLA.COM
