TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – Starting Friday, radio listeners will be missing a familiar voice on AM 1040.

Bubba the Love Sponge Clem has left the airwaves after he could not reach an agreement with the radio station, the Tampa Bay radio personality said on Facebook.

Recently, the radio host has faced a number of financial problems, including foreclosure on his studio in Tampa. He is also being sued for ratings tampering.Fans can still catch Bubba on his show on
