TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – If you watch WFLA News Channel 8 you know that we do a lot to help the people in the Tampa Bay community. From investigating corruption, to advocating for victims of consumer fraud, to helping others with our annual “Kindness Day,” we help make our community stronger.
We often work with Feeding Tampa Bay to get food into homes and prevent hunger. On one day each year, News Channel 8′ staff -everyone from anchors, reporters, photographers and producers- spend the day volunteering at Feeding Tampa Bay. We help sort and box food to be distributed to families in the Tampa Bay area.
