1. Tampa’s Tree Lighting Ceremony (Friday)
Enjoy a beautiful evening along the river at Tampa’s top tree lighting ceremony. The evening will include a countdown to light the tree with Keith Cate will join Mayor Buckhorn and a free movie in the park. Blankets, low back chairs, coolers and dogs on leashes are allowed. Concessions will be available as well. Admission for this event is free. Get the details

2. Santa Fest Parade (Saturday) 
Downtown Tampa becomes a place of wonder and magic with smiling faces at our one and only Santa Fest and Tampa’s Christmas Parade.  Families line the spectacular one-mile parade route in downtown Tampa as they cheer the sights and sounds of the season. Attend for free. Get the details

3. Sarasota Holiday Parade (Saturday)
The annual Downtown Sarasota Holiday Parade will bring the families in Sarasota together for holiday cheer. The parade will begin at Main Street and U.S. 301 in downtown Sarasota.  The parade will end at J.D. Hamel Park at Main Street and Gulfstream Avenue. Admission is free. Get the details

4. Cigar Heritage Festival (Sunday) 
Premium Hand Rolled Cigars are available from the Biggest Cigar Makers in the World by some of the best Brick-and-Mortars in Florida. Check out over 100 vendors from premium hand-made cigar makers, cigar accessories, cigar art, cultural art and jewelry. See cigar rolling demonstrations and chow down on food and desert from gourmet food trucks. General admission is free. Get the details

5. Ride & Run With The Stars (Saturday) 
The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office “Ride & Run With The Stars” will kick off its 25th year supporting area families in need. “Ride and Run With The Stars” offers cycling, running and walking events, including a certified 5k road race, at Ft. DeSoto Park. There is also a silent auction, a climbing wall, food, giveaways, children’s crafts, Sheriff’s Office displays, and a visit from Santa, Mrs. Claus, and the Elves. 6. “Tune in to the Holidays” Tour of Homes (Friday, Saturday)
Tour homes, filled with décor from around the world, are a treasure of ideas for new ways to celebrate December holidays, including decorations in garden , patio, and pool areas. Music, music and more music is scheduled for the Reception and the homes on Tour day. Tour tickets are $25. Get the details

7. Celebration of Lights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) 
It’s that time again for “Celebration of Lights” to shine at The Concourse in Shady Hills to delight the children and families throughout the Tampa Bay area. Ride through and check out all the lights displayed. The price is $10 per car. Get the details

8. St. Pete Craft Festival (Saturday, Sunday)
Thousands of hand-made-in-the-U.S.A. artisan-created pottery, jewelry, paintings, and more than 100 Florida-based craft artisans, will be at this two-day event. This event is free. Get the details
