Whether you’re fresh out of college or considering a new opportunity, chances are in Florida you’ll find a promising start-up near you.

Florida is considered one of the best states for entrepreneurs and start-ups, according to Business.org.

Jacksonville was the first to pop up on the list at 28, closely followed by position 31 for Orlando.

Our very own Tampa also claimed a top spot at 34.

While Miami just made the cut rounding out the Florida cities in the 39 slot.

California is the only state beating out Florida for the best entrepreneurial place with six cities making the cut.

The organization studied over 300 North American cities and ranked each one according to their start-up friendliness, as well as financial environments and demographic cultures.

Looks like Florida takes the cake once again!
