CUBA (WFLA) – News Channel 8’s Jeff Patterson is in Cuba with a delegation from the Tampa Bay area. U.S. Representative Kathy Castor is leading the group.

Castor said she hopes to examine the progress of relations between the two countries since diplomatic ties were restored.

“We want to see what’s happening with private business there in the small business sector and then we’re also going to talk about travel and trade and internet expansion and human rights,” she added.
