The grass-fed beef is healthier for you and its part of the best dish on the menu, according to the executive chef.
“I think it’s really necessary for any steakhouse to have a great steak sandwich on their lunch menu,” Executive Chef Nathan Hardin said.
And that new lunch menu taps into other classic dishes with flare from around the world.
“I think the biggest thing is we don’t want to be just that steakhouse where you come in and order a steak. Don’t get me wrong, our steaks are phenomenal, but our composed dishes and the creative side, whether it’s the test kitchen menu we just rolled out a couple of weeks ago, our lunch menu, we have a lot of fun with the brunch as well, we’ve got a lot of great items outside of just steak,” Hardin said.
Their dishes are inspired by Korean, Mediterranean, Indian and American cultures.
The steak sammie is $15 dollars and the salads are around $12.
