Home invasion robbery sends elderly man to hospital in Hudson

HUDSON, Fla. (WFLA) – Pasco County Sheriff’s deputies are currently investigating a home invasion robbery where an elderly man was attacked. 

According to deputies, an elderly man living off of Duda Road in Hudson, Florida, was attacked around 5:40 p.m. by an unknown white man approximately in his 20s, wearing a mask and had a gun. 

Deputies say the suspect demanded the keys to the elderly man’s vehicle, which is a 2010 silver Nissan Frontier, and drove off.

The car has a Florida license plate Z11EIC and has a front plate that says “Frank.” 

According to deputies, the elderly man was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
