TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Authorities are looking for a barefoot duo seen climbing on a woman’s sedan and attacking her vehicle with a handgun after a minor traffic accident in Tampa Tuesday evening.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a man and woman were involved in a minor crash with a 31-year-old Brandon woman at the intersection of US-301 and Martin Luther King Boulevard just after 5 p.m.

Troopers said the duo then got out of their vehicle, shot at the 31-year-old woman, and began to attack her vehicle with their bare hands and feet.

“Get out the car,” the man can be heard demanding in a cellphone video recorded by a witness.

Moments later, the duo unleash a string of punches and kicks on the vehicle’s driver-side. In the process, the man drops his handgun, picks it up, then continues his attack on the unfazed Chevy sedan.

After his fourth failed attempt, the woman climbs onto the hood of the sedan and unleashes a series of ineffective curb stomps on the vehicle’s front windshield. Still, nothing.

“Hey, yall gon’ go to jail, stop!” the witness can be heard yelling. “Hey, call the cops! You’re going to go to jail. Don’t go to jail.”

The witness added, “If she hit you and kept going that’s a charge.”

The duo ultimately returned to their vehicle, but not before ripping the door handle off the Chevy sedan.

Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call *FHP or **TIPS.
