3 shot, 1 dead in argument over drugs in Gibsonton
GIBSONTON, Fla. (WFLA) - Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office detectives are trying to figure out who opened fire on three people at a mobile home park. One person died in the shooting.
Detectives believe a fight broke broke out over drugs just before midnight.
The shooting happened at the Little Tadpole Village located at 8750 off of Symmes Road.
Three people were shot, one died and the two others were transported to a local hospital.
About a dozen deputies and detectives responded to the scene, as well as the forensics unit.
About two miles down the road, detectives questioned a man in a dark-colored sedan. Deputies have not said if they’ve taken anyone into custody.
