Silver Alert issued for 84-year-old

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) – A Silver Alert was issued for an 84-year-old man.

Police say Ruel Davis was reported missing since Wednesday around 2 p.m. He was last seen by his daughter when she dropped him off at his home after a trip to the bank where he withdrew cash.     

According to police, Davis suffers from a dementia-related illness, needs medicine on a daily basis and is considered a missing, endangered adult. 

 Police say Davis drives a burgundy 2014 Honda Odessa with Florida Tag 5910TH, which is also reportedly missing.     

According to police, Davis previously stated that he wanted to visit his property in Pennsylvania located at 101 Trout Road, Northern Cambria, Pennsylvania, and he may be heading in that direction.​​​​​​​    

He is described as  approximately 6 feet and 1 inch tall, weighs 180 pounds with white hair and hazel eyes.
