If you’re a “Sucker” for the Jonas Brothers, we have good news. The family trio is bringing its first tour in nearly a decade to Tampa this summer.
The Jonas Brothers announced their new The Happiness Begins Tour Wednesday. It includes a stop at Amalie Arena in Tampa on Saturday, Aug. 10 at 7:30 p.m.
The tour announcement comes ahead of the brothers’ comeback album “Happiness Begins.” It’s their fifth album, but their first since 2009.
The brothers – Nick, Joe and Kevin – released their first album in 2006 and followed up with three additional albums before splitting up and focusing on solo careers. The trio made a comeback earlier this year with the release of two singles, “Sucker” and “Cool.”
“We’re so excited to announce this tour and get in front of our fans again,” the brothers said in a statement. “We can’t wait for everyone to see what we have planned!”
Tickets for the August concert go on sale Friday, May 10 at 10 a.m. American Airlines AAdvantage Mastercard credit card holders will have access to an exclusive pre-sale starting Tuesday, May 7 at 10 a.m.
The Jonas Brothers are set to perform at the Billboard Music Awards Wednesday night at 8 p.m. on NBC. They will appear on NBC again Saturday, May 11 as the musical guests on Saturday Night Live.
