Game Time employee charged with video voyeurism after attempt to take photo up woman’s skirt at work

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – A Tampa man is charged with video voyeurism and the incident occurred at his workplace on Friday.

According to an affidavit, Benjamin Sauderson Zelaya used his camera phone to try to take a photo up a woman’s skirt.

The victim saw Sauderson Zelaya and confronted him.

He said he “dropped” his photo.

The incident was caught on video surveillance inside the Game Time business, where Sauderson Zelaya worked at the time.

The video shows him reach under the victim’s skirt, then the victim turning around to confront him.

Sauderson Zelaya allegedly then gave the victim’s two children small toys to defuse the matter.

He consented to a search of his phone and investigators found no photos of the victim.

Sauderson Zelaya admitted to the crime after being read his rights.

He is charged with video voyeurism of a defendant 19 or older.
