The Florida Highway Patrol is on scene of a fatal accident involving a pedestrian Tuesday evening.
The accident occurred at Hillsborough Avenue and Golden Drive in Town N’ Country.
FHP says the driver who struck the pedestrian remained on scene and not charged have been filed yet.
The westbound lanes of Hillsborough Ave. remain blocked.
