An amazing rescue by a Hillsborough County deputy.

Deputy Ellana Oliver with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office was able to save a dog after he was struck by a Toyota Corolla and got his head stuck in the front grill of the Corolla for about a quarter of a mile!

The dog, now named Dill, has multiple pelvic fractures but is expected to make a full recovery.

Dill is assumed to be 3 years old and is now under the care of Senior Paws Sanctuary Rescue.
