JUPITER, Fla. (WFLA/NBC) – Golf legend Tiger Woods is being sued after a person died from being over-served at his Florida restaurant.
The parents of a bartender who worked at the woods Jupiter restaurant filed a lawsuit today — claiming their son died at the hands of being over-served alcohol.
Nicholas Immesberger who struggled with sobriety was served after his shift on December 10.
The 24-year old drank more than three times the legal limit just before he drove home. Immesberger later crashed his car and died. Woods has yet to comment on the lawsuit.
