OCOEE, Fla. (WFLA/NBC) – An argument over alcohol led to a shooting in central Florida.

Police said Lathon Jean Yee, 39, shot a stranger Oct. 9 after he refused to take a shot of liquor.

According to police, Yee and Eric Meeks, also 39, were inside Frank’s Place in Ocoee when they got into an argument.

Security camera video captured the two men walking outside the bar and Yee shooting multiple times at Meeks.

Meeks suffered a gunshot wound in the foot.

Yee turned himself in on Tuesday and was charged with attempted second degree murder.
