JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (WESH) – New video has been released this week in the murder of 13-year-old Tristyn Bailey from St. Johns County.
Aiden Fucci, 14, is charged with first-degree murder in the deadly stabbing. Bailey was stabbed 114 times and her body was found less than a mile from Fucci’s home, police said.
According to News4Jax, the new footage released included surveillance video, video from inside Fucci’s home, and several clips that were uploaded to Snapchat.
The first piece of video is from a neighbor’s surveillance camera on May 9, which shows two people walking on the sidewalk and one person running in the opposite direction an hour later. Another video appears to have been taken inside Fucci’s home. It shows a woman running upstairs and picking up some clothes.
Fucci’s mother, Crystal Smith, is charged with evidence tampering in the case, accused of washing her son’s jeans while he was being questioned.
The last piece of video released included cell phone footage. The first video shows Fucci and a friend in the back of a patrol car.
“Having fun in a (expletive) cop car,” Fucci said in the video. “What’s up, guys? Tristyn if you (expletive) walk out the damn…”
The video then cuts out.
Bailey’s body was found on May 9. Fucci is charged as an adult in the murder.
