TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – Tuesday marks Teacher Appreciation Day, a day to honor teachers for their hard work and dedication.

It also means teachers can score awesome discounts at a lot of restaurants nationwide. 

Here are some of the best deals for teachers in the Tampa Bay area:

Arby’s: According to USA Today, Arby’s is giving away a free sandwich to teachers and school administrators with their ID badge on Tuesday.

Boca: Boca Tampa is offering teachers and nurses a complimentary Happy Hour drink from 3-7 p.m. through Friday, all you have to do is show your nurse or teacher ID.

Bruegger’s Bagels: Bruegger’s is offering free medium coffee with any purchase from May 6 through May 10.

Crayola: Through 10 a.m. May 13, Crayola is offering all teachers 15% off online with promo code THANKYOU. Some exclusions apply.

Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen:  Cheddar’s is celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week with a free appetizer with the purchase of an entrée for all teachers.

Chipotle: Teachers, faculty and other school staff with a valid school ID can take advantage of a buy-one-get-one-free offer from 3 p.m. to close Tuesday. The deal is on burritos, bowls, salads and orders of tacos and for in-restaurant orders only and available for educators at all levels. 

Cicis: Teachers and school staff get a free adult buffet Tuesday for National Teacher Appreciation Day with a valid school ID and a coupon.

Duffy’s Sports Grill: Teachers get a $10 MVP Bonus loaded directly onto their MVP accounts during Teachers Appreciation Week Monday through Friday when they show their faculty ID badge. 

Grimaldi’s: Grimaldi’s is offering 15 percent off for all teachers during National Teacher Appreciation Week May 6-10. 

Metro Diner: From May 6 through May 10, teachers get 20 percent off at Metro Diner.

PDQ: Teachers (and nurses) get 50 percent off their orders all day long Tuesday with a valid ID.

Pollo Tropical: Teachers and nurses get 25% off orders all week long, the chain tweeted Monday

Potbelly Sandwich Shop: From Monday through Sunday, show your school ID for all teachers get a buy-one-get-one offer

Smoothie King: Teachers get a free extra or enhancer all week when they show their badge at checkout, the company tweeted.
