Strawberry Vinaigrette
1 TB Dijon mustard
½ Cup Red wine vinegar
½ Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 Cup pureed fresh Florida strawberries from a food processor or blender
1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive oil
Start with your Dijon mustard in a bowl and add the vinegars while whisking. Then combine the strawberry puree. Lastly slowly combine the olive oil until well incorporated. Drizzle over your favorite salad and enjoy
