A Tampa Bay area homeless couple gets the wedding of their dreams! They are now husband and wife with a bright future ahead of them. Evelyn and Rocky have been together over 20 years. They were homeless for almost three years, living in a wooded area off Manhattan Avenue in South Tampa. Thanks to the intervention of a Tampa Police Officer they were able to tie the knot at a special ceremony. They also received a bonus gift.
