PUMPKIN CRANBERRY WALNUT LOAF

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 

1 1/2 Tablespoons pumpkin pie spice

1 Teaspoon baking soda 

1 teaspoon salt 

1 1/2 cups sugar

1/2 Can pumpkin pure 

2 large eggs

1/2 cup oil 

1/4 cup orange juice

1/2 cup dried cranberries 

1/2 cup chopped walnuts 

Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes
