View and blogger Carrie Alexander brought her “Tired Girl Turkey Meatballs” to the Daytime kitchen. Here’s her super simple recipe.

Tired Girl Turkey Meatballs

2.5 lbs of ground turkey

1 egg

1/4 cup warm milk

1.5 pieces of bread or handful of crackers (The Tired Girl uses rice crackers to make this recipe Gluten-Free)

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Onion Powder, Parsley, Oregano, Basil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Line brownie pan with foil, spray with cooking spray.  Form mixture in to big meatballs – the size of baseballs. (Keep the size consistent to make sure they’re cooked correctly.) Bake 20-25 minutes.

The Tired Girl serves these with rice or spaghetti squash and a salad, but there are any number of combos that work well alongside turkey meatballs. These are also great to make ahead, prepare as a double batch, or bring to a family with a new baby, etc.
