One of the biggest misconceptions with weight training is that women should lift lighter weights to “tone” and avoid “bulking up”.

Kelly Unger of Epic Health and Fitness joins Gayle Guyardo, the host of the nationally syndicated health and wellness show, Bloom, for Fitness Friday and shares why weight lifting can actually help women lose weight and become more lean.
