Not every exercise is the same, and our bodies can move in three different planes of motion: the frontal, sagittal, and transverse planes. A multiplanar movement involves at least two, or all three, planes of motion.
The Studio Leader at Life Time Tampa, Lauren Kish, joined Gayle Guyardo, the host of the global health and wellness show, Bloom, to share more about this type of training, while demonstrating some exercises utilizing more than one plane of motion.
