Going Barefoot Might be Good for your Feet


Many go barefoot when they’re at home or here in Florida, when walking on the beach. However, what you may not don’t know is that there are actually benefits of being barefoot and wearing minimal shoes – especially when walking or running.

Podiatrist Dr. Emily Splichal, DPM, and Steven Sashen, the CEO of Xero Shoes join Gayle Guyardo the host of the nationally syndicated health and wellness show Bloom with why it’s not a bad idea for your feet to go barefooting.
