Many companies have started experimenting with a 4-day work week, including a Tampa company, Brick Media. At the beginning of the year, they implemented a 4-day work week experiment, and at the end of March, they plan to reevaluate and decide if they should implement the 4-day work week long term.
The CEO of Brick Media, Jake Kurtz, and Brick Media’s Account Manager, Andrea Echeverry, joined Gayle Guyardo, the host of the global health and wellness, Bloom, to share more about this hot trend and the feedback they have gotten.
