A San Diego native, Victoria couldn’t be happier to be back by the beach and serving the Tampa Bay community. She comes to WFLA from its sister station in Little Rock, Arkansas where she spent three years as an anchor/reporter (Woo Pig, y’all!)
While in Arkansas, Victoria cut her teeth reporting on a wide range of topics including high profile executions, murder trials, the state legislature, deadly floods and tornadoes…and of course, the occasional Razorback football game. Her work earned her a handful of Emmys and other awards. Victoria is a proud graduate of Boston University, where she studied broadcast journalism and international relations.
Reporting as a student from the Boston Marathon bombing landed Victoria her first job in TV news. A retired competitive equestrian, you can still catch her in the saddle from time to time. She’s also an avid traveler and snowboarder. Feel free to send story ideas and/or taco recommendations to firstname.lastname@example.org.
