WNCN offers free Shred-It event

Posted: Updated:

WNCN and Shred-It are teaming up once again to provide free and secure personal document destruction for the community this August at three convenient locations:

RALEIGH - Aug. 9 - ASG Security, 5800 McHines Place, Raleigh, NC

DURHAM - Aug. 16 - Coastal Federal Credit Union, 5316 Page Rd, Durham, NC

FAYETTEVILLE - Aug. 23 - Crown Complex, 1960 Coliseum Drive, Fayetteville, NC

Each event will begin at 9 a.m. and conclude promptly at 1 p.m. (or until on-site Shred-It trucks are filled). The general public is invited to attend; there is a limit of four (4) boxes of documents per person.

No businesses please!

Volunteers will be available to provide assistance.

These events are part of WNCN's "At Your Service" community service initiative and sponsored by ASG Security (Raleigh), Frontier Communications (Durham), and Crown Complex (Fayetteville).
