Brandon minister arrested on molestation charge, again

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL (WFLA) - A Brandon pastor was arrested again Monday at his home on a charge of lewd and lascivious molestation according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.

Francisco Rios, 44, was a leader of the Casa de Amor Church on West Windhorst Road. He was arrested in April on three counts of molestation. Two of his victims were teenagers. A judge initially denied bail but Rios was later released on $150,000 surety bond.

Monday morning Hillsborough deputies got him under arrest again, on the same charge, this time against a victim older than 18 years. The arrest record doesn't have his bail information yet.
