BRADENTON, FL (WFLA) -

Three former Manatee County administrators will face a judge Monday morning. Robert Gagnon is a former principal and former assistant superintendent. Gregg Faller and Matthew Kane are both former vice principals. The three are going on trial for not reporting suspicions that Rod Frazier had inappropriate contact with students.

The former Manatee High School assistant football coach and parent liaison Rod Frazier is charged with battery for claims of touching students and a teacher inappropriately. He plead no contest. He's on house arrest right now and has three years probation. Frazier's banned from teaching or coaching in Florida ever again.

A lengthy Bradenton Police report documents Frazier was seen with a student sitting on his lap. There were also claims of inappropriate text messages with students and a claim he shoved a water bottle between a girl's legs. Investigators also found pornographic images on his work computer, including pictures of former students.

According to a Florida statute, school officials and teachers are required to report abuse like Frazier's alleged actions. If it turns out Gagnon, Faller and Kane knew about the abuse and didn't report it they could face up to five years in prison.

News Channel 8 will have a crew at the trial Monday morning at 8:30 and will keep you updated.
