CITRUS COUNTY, FL (WFLA) -

Would Jimmy Fallon swim with manatees? Citrus County hopes he will.

The Tampa Bay county is on a mission to get the NBC Tonight Show host to stop by during his visit to Central Florida this month. Fallon will be taking his Tonight Show on the road and will tape the show at Universal Studios in Orlando from Monday, June 16 to Thursday, June 19, 2014.

Citrus County is embarking on a social media campaign, complete with a YouTube video, with the hope of enticing the comedian to take a side trip to swim with the manatees and maybe even swim with a "merman" (see video above).

"But what has Central Florida got that he hasn’t seen? When Jimmy is theme-parked-out, he’s welcome to Visit Citrus — the only place in the world where he can swim with the manatees….and the one and only #Merman!" wrote Citrus County in a news release.

If you want to help Citrus County out, send Jimmy Fallon a tweet at @FallonTonight include the hashtags #JimmyFallonVisitCitrus and/or #SwimWiththeManatees.

It sounds like a wild fabrication: A spitting cobra, being prepared for a dish in a restaurant in southern China, bit and killed a chef 20 minutes after its head had been chopped off.

The may look fluffy and cute, but these caterpillars are anything but. Under all that fur on the puss caterpillar are venomous bristles that break off into the skin when touched by humans and cause serious pain.
