DUNEDIN, FL (WFLA) - The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday morning asked the public for help identifying an elderly woman who was found injured on a Dunedin sidewalk. Just a few hours later, the sheriff's office reports that the woman has been identified, thanks to the public's assistance.

According to deputies, Dolores Dannenberger, 83, was located by a passerby in the area of Pinehurst Road and Idlewild Drive at 5:53 a.m.

She had fallen and was found on the sidewalk with a cut on her head. Dannenberger was transported to a local hospital and treated for her injuries.

Deputies say Dannenberger, who was wearing a nightgown when she was found, said her name was "Dalores" and she has a daughter who lives in Dunedin. She also stated that her birthday is in March.

Deputies checked various locations in the area and were unable to find her residence or family members. They issued a news release asking for help from the public.

The sheriff's office says Dannenberger lives on Pinehurst Road in Dunedin.

It sounds like a wild fabrication: A spitting cobra, being prepared for a dish in a restaurant in southern China, bit and killed a chef 20 minutes after its head had been chopped off.

The may look fluffy and cute, but these caterpillars are anything but. Under all that fur on the puss caterpillar are venomous bristles that break off into the skin when touched by humans and cause serious pain.
